1. Delivery Policy

  • Order Processing: All confirmed orders are processed within 24–48 hours of purchase.

  • Delivery Time: Standard delivery time is 5–7 business days depending on your location. In rare cases, delays may occur due to courier issues, unforeseen events, or regional restrictions.

  • Order Tracking: Once dispatched, customers will receive a tracking ID via email/WhatsApp to follow their package until it reaches them.

  • Delivery Coverage: Currently, we deliver across India. International shipping will be introduced soon.

2. Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, returns are accepted under the following conditions:

  • Returns are applicable only if you receive the wrong product or a damaged product.

  • A clear unboxing video recorded at the time of opening the package is mandatory to validate your claim.

  • Return requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery along with the unboxing video.

  • Without a proper unboxing video, returns cannot be processed.

3. Refunds and Replacements

  • Once your return request is approved, you may choose between a refund or a replacement.

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

  • Replacements will be shipped once the return is verified and approved.

4. Non-Returnable Items

  • Products cannot be returned for reasons such as change of mind, dislike of design, or minor variations in color/finish due to lighting or screen differences.

5. Return Shipping

  • If a return is approved, our support team will guide you through the process. In most cases, return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless otherwise agreed.
