At Monixa.in, we’re committed to delivering your order on time and offering a smooth return experience. Below is a clear breakdown of our delivery timelines and return conditions, based on our fulfillment partner.

1. Delivery Timelines

All Monixa products are printed and shipped via Qikink from their fulfillment centers.

Standard Delivery (Default)

• Processing Time: 2–3 working days
• Delivery Time: 5–9 working days after dispatch
• Courier Partners: Bluedart, Delhivery, XpressBees, etc.
• Service Area: All serviceable pin codes across India.

Fast Delivery (Rush Order)

• Processing Time: 1–2 working days (priority fulfillment)
• Delivery Time: 3–5 working days after dispatch
• Additional Cost: ₹50 (may vary by location)
• Availability: Only for pin codes supported by rush delivery

🚚 Note: Delivery may be affected by public holidays, natural disruptions, or courier partner delays. Tracking details will be shared once dispatched.

2. Return Policy

We accept return requests only under the following conditions:

• Return must be initiated within 2 days of receiving the product.
• The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags and packaging intact.

To initiate a return:

1. Contact us at support@monixa.in or via the Contact Us page.
2. Mention your Order Number and reason for return.

We do not accept returns:

• After 2 days from delivery
• For items that are used, damaged, or missing original packaging
• For custom-printed or final sale items

3. Refund Processing

• Refunds are processed after the returned item passes quality checks.
• Refund amount is credited to the original payment method within 3–5 working days.
• Shipping and fast delivery charges are non-refundable.

4. Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.
• A ₹30 cancellation fee applies.
• Refund for cancelled orders is processed within 2 working days.
