• Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.
• Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via SMS or email.

2. Shipping Timeframes

Shipping time depends on your chosen delivery option during checkout:

Standard Delivery (Default)

• Estimated delivery within 5–9 working days from the date of dispatch.
• Shipping is handled by Qikink’s partnered courier services (e.g., Bluedart, Delhivery, XpressBees, etc.)

Fast Delivery (Optional)

• Estimated delivery within 1–3 working days from the date of dispatch.
• Additional shipping charges may apply.
• Availability depends on pin code serviceability.

3. Shipping Charges

• Standard Shipping: ₹70 (Flat Rate)
• Fast Delivery: ₹50 (If available at your pin code)

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

• A tracking link on your registered email/SMS
• Real-time order status via the My Orders section

If your tracking ID shows no movement for more than 3 days, please contact us.

5. Delivery Coverage

We ship across all serviceable pin codes in India. Please ensure you enter a valid address and pin code during checkout to avoid delays.

6. Delays & Issues

While we aim to deliver on time, Monixa.in is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners. We will however assist you in resolving any delivery concerns.
